Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product photographs are indicative. Colour and appearance of natural food products vary slightly between batches.
• We may change prices or discontinue a product at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either substitute it with your consent or refund that item.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only when we accept it. We may decline an order — for example if the delivery address is outside our serviceable area or if we suspect misuse.
• Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. We cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Card details are never stored on this website.

Food safety and allergens

All our products are 100% vegetarian. However, they are produced in a kitchen that also handles groundnut, tree nuts, wheat, mustard and other common allergens, so cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy, please check the ingredient list on the product page and contact us before ordering.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pali, Rajasthan.

Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or this website, please contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
