Vinayak Food Product respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address.
• Order history — what you bought, when, and how you paid.
• Basic technical data — the pages you visit on this site, so we can fix problems and improve it.

What we do NOT collect

• We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure servers.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Why we use it

Only to process, pack and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have opted in, we may occasionally message you about new products — you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier company delivering your parcel, and payment information is processed by Razorpay. Nobody else receives your details unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we must keep invoices for tax records). Write to info@vinayakfoodproduct.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site stores your shopping cart in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order.

Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or this website, please contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
