Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India through reputed courier partners, and we ship overseas as well. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will call you before cancelling.

For an address outside India, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering. We will confirm that your country accepts packaged food by post, quote the actual courier charge and the delivery time, and only then place the order for you.

Delivery charges

• Any delivery charge that applies to your order is shown in the cart before you pay.
• The total shown in your cart is the total you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
• International orders are quoted separately on WhatsApp, because the courier charge depends on the country and the weight of the parcel. Any customs duty or import tax charged by the destination country is payable by you.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; otherwise the next working day.
• Rajasthan and nearby states: typically 2–4 working days.
• Rest of India: typically 4–7 working days.
• Overseas: typically 7–21 working days, depending on the country and customs clearance.
• Remote areas and festival periods can take a little longer.

Tracking

Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number to see the current status. The courier will also call you before delivery.

Packaging

Everything is sealed in food-grade packaging and cushioned inside a corrugated box, so the snacks reach you as crisp as they left our kitchen.

Failed delivery

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; re-shipping charges will apply.
